The hearts can be stuffed with sensory materials like roving, lavender and herbs. Discovery creativity as well as a healing practice in this hand to heart workshop. The heart can become a charm on a necklace, an ornament or a sachet! No sewing experience necessary! Perfect for couples. mother/daughters and friend groups.
