About the event
Giving ourselves permission to simply play with the creative energy that flows through us, without restriction or expectation, is a profound experience in freedom and self-exploration. I believe we are all creative beings with a unique expression just waiting to be discovered & unleashed.
In this 3-week workshop we will be experimenting with a multitude of mediums, techniques, exercises, and practices to help evoke joy and creative flow. We will be painting and drawing with hands and whole body, cutting and glueing, disassembling and reassembling, whittling down and refining our creations into one multi-media master-piece that encapsulates where we in space and time.
Whether you are a practicing artist working within the same old process or an individual feeling disconnected from your creativity this workshop is for you.
